Our Origin

Why Trent Bridge Advisory exists — and the gap it closes

I'm Ravi Jain. I bring 30 years of CFO and Managing Director experience across the UK and Australia, working within both listed and privately owned businesses. Having trained and built my early career in the UK, my approach is grounded in operating 'in the seat' — accountable for strategy, operations, people and financial performance.

Over that time, I saw how larger organisations benefit from integrated advisory — aligning strategy, operational performance and financial discipline to drive results. In contrast, many established SMEs in WA receive fragmented, siloed advice, despite facing the same growth and execution challenges.

That gap is what led to the creation of Trent Bridge Advisory.

A qualified accountant and CGMA Fellow (London), I've called Perth home for over 12 years and understand the local market — its sectors, cycles and the realities of a resources-driven economy.

Today, we work directly with owners, CEOs and Boards to align strategy, operations and finance — as experienced operators who have carried full accountability.

For selected engagements, up to 15% of our fee is only payable once agreed outcomes are delivered.
